St.Albans School has a well equipped sports department that caters to both indoor and outdoor activities.
Indoor- Two independent indoor sports room have been dedicated to yoga and indoor games like chess, carom, table tennis and ludo.
Outdoor- The school has a basket ball court which has been made according to International standards.The school has a badminton court, a kho-kho field, a volley ball court, a long jump pit. The school has resources for hurdles and shot put. PEC cards are used regularly. Sudents are taught how to use dumb bells and lazium.
PT drills and march past are a regular feature in school assemblies and various events. Sports day is held annualy from classes Pre-Nursery to class X. Interclass, Intraclass, Interhouse competitions are held from time to time.
Students are also given theoretical knowledge and FAs integration knowledge. School discipline is well taken care of through ground duty during the lunch time, dispersal time, functions and competitions.
